Q: How much does this headband magnifier weigh?

The entire set with case weighs 16 oz. The headgear with the heaviest lens weighs 3 oz.

Q: What is the lens size it just shows Package dimensions (length x width x height): 9.92 inches x 9.61 inches x 2.99 inches?

3 5/8 inches wide by 1 3/8 inches deep. A little less wide than my reading glasses but more than adequate for seeing needlework.

Q: How do you change to the headband? I can't get the arms off without incredible pressure and I may break them.

Q: Would these help me see to paint my toes?

I don’t think so. I use it for needlework and it would work for painting fingernails but I can’t see using it for toenails.
