DiabloSport8100 inTune i3

I used the I3 8100 on my 2016 Explorer Sport 3.5 Ecoboost (stock no modifications). It’s a completely different car now. I’ve noticed a 2MPG boost as well as a significant 0-60 improvement. The tune also firmed up the shift points on the transmission, and I’m not getting any turbo lag anymore (which was significant and awful out of the factory). I run 87 Octane in the car and I used the 87 Octane tune. From what I understand it’s not advisable to use the MPG tune as it really only buys you 1-2 MPG more and slugs the car down even more. Definitely happy with this product.

No one cares. That is the message you receive after 45 minutes on hold for Diablo customer service. Keep also in mind not to install the software on a weekend because that is the time they don't even work at all.It does work if you slightly tap on the gas paddle but if you go down to fast (far from lockdown) the engine misfires .and the check engine light flashes, the car has to come to a complete stop (yes, even in the left highway lane) before you can very slowly drive along.Now it's all about hope, hoping the download of my original program worked .and I can put that back in ... as I said, no one cares and after 4 days of 45 minutes on hold with no solution ... let's call this what it is, a failuer

Works great, better gas mileage and AFM delete works perfect.Only reason for 3 stars, if you want to calibrate for larger tire diameter for gmc/Chevrolet vehicles YOU LOSE CRUISE CONTROL above 70mph. Works fine for 70mph and below.Anything above 70 it will not even set the speed to enable cruise. I have called and they informed me there is no update for this as they haven’t figured out a reason currently. 2017 gmc sierra 1500 5.3l

The Tuner is good ,but it only had one tune for my truck .

Bought this tuner to adjust a couple of parameters that according to the instructions should be on the tuner and able to adjust via the tuner. None of them are even there, contacted tech support, no answer, try to update the tuner through my computer as the instructions tell you to- doesn’t work. Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service. Will be returning and searching for a product that does what it advertises.

This gem is small and very easy to use with the supplied instructions and touch screen. I used one of the pre programmed settings and have noticed more horsepower and torque.

This product was broken… screen would not come on. Just showed a blank white screen. No prime shipping. Then had to send it back also. And now awaiting my refund.. big hassle.

If you’re looking for something to load your custom tunes on to load periodically then it’s fine I guess. I’ve had this for about 2 years and initially all worked well-updates via Wi-Fi was fine then recently say about 8 months ago the updates started malfunctioning so I tried the wired pc and that didn’t work either. Tried customer support which initially was ok and responsive but got me no where ultimately. The response I received in the end after all failed was that there aren’t any real major updates since it’s launch and the tunes have remained the same for years-I can understand that to a degree. The only real function was alone to load a canned tune to the truck, can’t say I really noticed anything in my F250 like anything real, I really believe a lot of the positive reviews are a placebo and given you spend so much you want it to work.None of the other functions worked like tire calibration or gear changes to correct my Speedo or the timing adjustment either-just didn’t do anything or any real change.I feel I was duped in a way due to marketing and now tat Rey are owned by Holley just worse and take the small business out of them as a whole. Currently my i3 is in my truck with the tire plug kit which it will remain because I cannot sell this to someone when I know it does about nothing.Currently replaced this with a SCT Live Wire + unit which really woke the truck (‘01 F250 2v 5.4L) up and all the functions so far work as paid for.Hope your luck is better than my experience-I’m sure Diablo Sport means well and maybe great for custom applications which they have great tuners but for these stand-alone they couldn’t care less in my opinion.
