This is a great backpack - fits so much and has so many pockets and compartments that its easy to keep organized. I originally got this to use while on crutches so that I could carry along with me anything I wanted - from laptop to hairbrush, makeup and toiletries, pens, notebooks - you name it! at first I was a little hesitant about the off- white portion of the bag becoming discolored with use but it's so easy to clean with a wet cloth. Now I'm off the crutches and am still using it because it's so attractive, functional, and durable. Great for travel, too. If you want to an attractive yet functional backpack, this one is great!

Best bag I’ve found to date for a US air-travel personal item! Compact but spacious, lots of compartments for organization, well-constructed, a functional backpack that doesn’t scream “I’m a backpack!”, meets United Airlines more-stringent size restrictions, still easily fits under smaller plane seats when packed to the max! Note: No typical port for power bank, but using one of the external pockets allowed easy access with airline battery “carry” rules.

I wanted to replace my current Lovevook backpack for a new style and color. This backpack is adorable and very well made. There’s a pocket for everything, tons of space, and lightweight. There’s good padding for the electronics but it does not make the bag bulky. I’m sad I have to return it but offering some info that others may find helpful. I purchased the 17.3 size because I wanted the extra space for my laptop and portable monitor. This certainly had room for both in the laptop pocket. However, I didn’t consider the bag size compared to my petite size. I’m 5ft if that helps any parents buying for their kiddos. The backpack looked huge on me. The bottom went almost past my rear. Also, the fabric is a magnet for pet hair and it sticks pretty good. It would have been tolerable as I’m used to having pet hair around but the dark fabric with my pet’s tan fur was very noticeable. However, I could not see any hair on the beige part of the bag. My current backpack is a waterproof material and I never had an issue with pet hair sticking. Although I’m disappointed I am returning this, I’ll be purchasing a Lovevook again. I’ve had my current one for more than 4 years, use it everyday and it still looks brand new. If you have pets that shed, I’d recommend purchasing the waterproof material.

Nice bag but a bit larger than I expected. It does hold alot. You can use it as an overnight travel bag. The padding for the laptop area is great. There are three large main compartments. It's the size of a medium sized school back pack. The quality is very good for the cost.

I’ve been using a 17.3” rectangular frame backpack for the last 3 years for traveling. I thought bigger would be better, and for the most part it sort of was. Until our last couple of trips, but most especially the last one. My backpack wasn’t fitting under some of the seats, particularly on our flights within Argentina. I hated putting it an overhead bin and taking up space. Luckily, the flights had room when I already had a carryon to store up there too. But I decided it was time to downsize not only because of that, but also because the steel frame made it heavy and I didn’t like the way it opened. But I loved the hidden zipper pocket on the back that even I’d forget was there. It was an awesome place to stash our passports. In fact, I loved all the pockets in that backpack. Tons of places to stash things. Anyway, I saw several Lovelook backpacks on our last trip and loved the style. But would it be able to hold everything my old one would? Well, as soon as my new Lovelook came, I transferred everything out of my old backpack and it all fit with room to spare. To my delight, just as other reviewers noted, there are pockets and pouches galore. I haven’t gotten to test it yet, but I’m sure this one will fit under the seats MUCH better. I took a side-by-side hoping to show that the Lovelook’s 2” narrower, but without all my stuff in the old one it looks small. But trust me, when it was full it really bulged out. I’m happier with the way this new one holds everything and doesn’t poof out as much. Or have that front flap that my old one did that inevitably got caught on the bottom of seats. Plus, the new one is so cute. Very happy with my purchase. The fabric also seems durable and I’m hopeful it’ll stand up to the punishment I’m sure I’ll put it through because I’m not easy on my luggage.

If you're thinking about buying this, yes!! Get it. This is such a quality item. I was so impressed by how well this backpack is made. The fabric is quality and feels sturdy, and the straps have reinforcement in the stitching. The zipper glides and does not feel cheap! It is comfortable, and there are a ton of compartments. This bag is like my work bag and purse all in one. I think I am going to buy another one in a different color for spring. LOVE IT!

The best bag! It looks great, it is light, it has plenty of room and it has many separate zipped pockets which mean you don't feel like you are carrying a bucket. It also fits a laptop in a separate compartment. This is the best bag I have ever bought. The last bag I bought cost me 5 times the price and was no better than a bucket, this bag is value for money and the zips look robust. Thank you to the person who designed this bag.

I love the compartments though am extremely disappointed that it didn’t come with the password padlock for the main compartment zippers (as this was clearly advertised on the product description and picture) as this was a major selling point for me wanting to travel with it.
