This is a delicious addition to my daily dry breakfast particles (which also consist of hemp seed, chia seeds and orange peel). It contains crushed, dried fruit, so it does NOT dissolve, because it's not sugar. However, dates are very healthy, and tasty, so I use it more for their nutritional value. It takes a lot to for this to actually sweeten something, to the level of sugar.

Love date sugar! It is low glycemic, and tastes like your baking with brown sugar.

The product itself is good, but I expected it to be more of a granulated type sugar insteadof a powder. So I'm a bit disappointed. I kept it and will use it in recipes rather than my coffee. I've found it is good in everything, except hot coffee, or similar hot drinks.

This item serves it's purpose with no issue as far as I can tell.

Oh love this sugar, no sugar spike. It’s not a strong sweet like cane sugar. It’s milder but it’s better for me bc I am pre diabetic and it helps me control the cravings for something sweet

This date sugar had no flavor at all even when I used more than I should’ve. And the color in the photograph looks like it should’ve been dark, but mine was just about white. There was no expiration date on the package only a batch number and when I received the package, it was hard and lumpy.

I feel the amount you get for the price you pay is really good compared to other brands. I have tried the Stevia and another brand and for the quantity that I got with this brand it’s more value for your money. The texture is an of a sugar texture. It’s more of a powdered sugar/flower texture, but like I said in the video it does melt and warm things like coffee or warm teas. You do have to give it a good stir, but it’s not at the bottom of the drink and it doesn’t leave a residue, we can’t taste it in your mouth. I really like it. I have not baked with it yet, but I think it will do well because of it’s consistency, which makes it versatile.
