St Michel Grandes Galettes Butter Cookies Biscuits with Sea Salt 5.29oz, Pack of 6, Made in France, Non-GMO Pure Butter Cookies

These have become my favorite cookies of all time! They are crisp and crumbly with a hint of salt which makes them perfection in my mouth. I buy these in bulk because they are frequently out of stock - just saying. And, since they are crispy cookies they have a long shelf life, come pre-packaged in 3 cookie bags - just to make sure that they stay fresh! If you're American and you have European guests coming, these cookies will be perfect with tea and coffee.

The best! Of course you need to like crunch and buttery!

UPDATE: The most recent order of these arrived as a full case, packed in its own St. Michel cardboard carton of 6, and that inside a cardboard Amazon box. The cookies inside are perfect, not a crack in the lot, and to boot the price went down to under $30. Still a bit pricey, but I haven't seen them less anywhere else and they are sooo good. The sea-salt bit just really sets off the other cookie flavors and is big yum :) So these are on my subscribe and save list now. Great move getting the shipping right! --- I REALLY love these cookies. I would buy more except they cost about 50 cents apiece and that just seems high to me for a cookie. But the sea salt bit makes these really distinctive and I would definitely buy them again as a treat. Unfortunately probably eight of the nine cookies per package are likely to be cracked into three or four pieces with associated crumbs given the shipping, so the experience is not quite as nice as if you bought them in a store.

The galettes are very good tasting, but they are all broken so we are eating crumbs. This is the second order that came this way so will NOT be ordering again. I notified you of the breakage last order and was given credit which I appreciated, because they are not cheap. My first order was fine, so don't understand what is happening?? Joan Brown

Love these cookies! They make great crusts for desserts & for layering in others. I use them as add ins for pudding too. They are crisp & great with a cup of tea as well.

My family loves these cookies! The taste is excellent and finally you can see recognizable ingredients instead of chemicals compounds. They are not cheap but we think that they are worthwhile. I have ordered these cookies a few times already and I just found an occasional cookie broken in a couple of pieces while the greatest majority are in perfect shape. Definitely I do recommend them!

Excellent cookie/biscuit. Many of the cookies arrived broken. Still great to eat with my coffee!
