Ich nehme es erst seit ein Paar Tagen, davor habe ich aber schon Macapulver ca 1 Woche mit teilweise über 10 Kapsel am Tag bzw über 10 Gramm Maca genommen. Ich nehme über 4 Kapsel am Tag aber leider spüre ich bislang keine besondere spezifische Wirkung. Die Einnahme erfolgt nach den Mahlzeiten ohne Nebenwirkungen. Mittlerweile nehme ich mindestens 6 Kapsel am Tag, aber ohne besondere bzw deutlich spürbare Wirkung.

Being female, I'm not interested in this product for testosterone boosting properties. However, this formulation contains 500mg of pure maca root, said to improve blood circulation, boost general health and support the gaining of muscle. Ambrosial makes a good quality range of well-researched supplements. Made in India which is an established and reputable country producing wellness products. Two months' supply. Good value.

Did a little research on the Maca root extract & thought I'd give this a try. A lot of different variations available, this came as a twin pack reasonably priced at the time. So in the process of completing the first of the two supplies. Going well thus far. (Still early days)

I ordered this as it's been recommended by a friend who uses it regularly and is amazed by the results. Apparently, you get more energy and feel less tired; these problems affect me now. These capsules are easy to swallow, and they are not too big. I have already started taking them, and I’m really looking forward to starting to feel the benefits of Maca extract!

As men age, their testosterone levels drop which can lead to a variety of problems. Keeping the T levels at optimal levels should be encouraged as it can stop some major issues associated with ageing and lower testosterone, from cropping up. As someone who has been involved in the supplement business for many years, I usually suggest a dose of Tribulus. The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS-type problems. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect on keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Panax Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T. This product contains a Macca extract that is quite strong. It helps energy, and libido and can have an effect on Blood Sugar if you have T2 Diabetes. Unlike my normal Macca Brand, this one does not also contain Panax Ginseng and Black Pepper to aid absorption. So does it work? If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 8 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.
