The computer was well packaged and easy to set up. It boots up and shuts down quickly. All-in-all I’m very pleased with the computer. My only criticism is the number of USB ports in that I had to add a USB hub to accommodate all the peripherals.

Have always had a tower but wanted to try an all in one. So far, the transition from my old computer to this new one was almost seamless. A few passwords to re-enter but everything i had backed up came right over. Great all in one. fast delivery.

It arrived boxed very well I had no problems with firing it up or operating it. Great size and good-looking screen and boots up a lot faster than my 9-year-old computer I was using.

Paid for Microsoft 365 but never down loaded because the description did not include it came on computer. No information came with the computer and the third party was little help.

No CD ROM Drive Np SD card reader only 3 BUS poers No touch screen wired mouse and keyboard It's a bare bones unit, and it comes with a power supply you could probably plug into a potatp. Most of it works and it runs that Windows 11 just fine. but I find myself constantly needing things that just aren't there. The official HP mouse mine came with worked intermittantly right out of the box, nice keys on the keyboard, but that damned cable attached... well it runs smoothly, I'll give it that, and it doesn't blow up. I like that. Overall..... Meh.

I just packed this up to send back, very disappointed. The font on the screen is pixelated/fuzzy and no amount of adjustment or even working with two kind tech support people could change that. The same word typed twice will have the same letters at different widths and degrees of seeming boldness--like some kid's toy. It would not be possible to use the screen all day for writing, which is what I do, without expecting a serious headache at the end of each day. I also found the screen way too bright and it's not possible to dim the screen and also up the contrast enough to make text visible--but since it's hardly readable anyhow . . . The fan is also quite loud and runs constantly. Again, this may be OK for occasional use or for graphics only. But for those of us who work with words -- nope.
