The product was top quality and worked perfectly

I bought 2 as recommended even though only one was needing replaced. I know from experience just getting one can give you an odd look with the headlights not matching. Someone previously posted these were fake knockoffs. NOT SO in my case. There is a sticker on the box to scan and scratch to reveal a code which authenticates the bulbs with Philips. Pretty comforting in these times with all the forgeries. I am very happy with the bulbs and the ability to save money vs going to the dealer. It was a very simple replacement in my case (2011 BMW X3). Also, a previous poster complained about inadequate packaging. I did not see any issues with the way mine was packaged. They were in a padded pouch with the boxes inside bubble wrapped and the manufactures box also provided protection via carboard baffle. I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Bulb works fine so far, but my biggest complaint is for BMW, which makes you remove your front wheel and the the wheel well plastic cladding in order to change the bulb. Maintenance madness. That said, mechanic tried to charge me $160 for replacement bulb, plus $120/labor.I will spend the $50 I paid to purchase this bulb, plus an hour of my time working on my car.

The order arrived as scheduled and the lamp fit and worked perfectly

Only beef which is not a game changer was the next day delivery turned into 2 day delivery as promised. This has happened more lately on some of my other orders as well so don't count on the next day as advertised. Bulbs appeared to be authentic unlike some postings that claimed they were not authentic. Daughter confirmed they were brighter than the old ones we replaced for. Longevity is unknown at this time. Pretty much half the cost as box stores which was great. Would purchase again from this vendor.
