Fantastic knife , Italian style and good leather sheath too , really a good and good looking knife , also very comfy in hand for any task! Highly recommend! Price is also decent for quality you get.

This is an absolutely beautiful knife, however the technical execution is extremely poor. The blade steel on this knife is so soft it is unusable. Will not hold an edge, the bevel geometry was poorly ground. I really wanted to like this knife. I have never returned a knife until now.

Great knife and amazing sheath for pocket fixes blade carry.

No problems with the knife itself(once it was sharpened), but the sheath construction is poor. after the 2nd or 3rd time using the sheath, the stitching started to let go near the top of the sleave where the knife enters the sheath. The glue that holds the two sheath layers together at this same spot(both sides of the sheath) had let go as well. Tried to return it only to find out the shipping cost was almost as much as the knife! And that Amazon would only cover $15 of the shipping costs...after they'd received it. So much for "made in Italy" quality! Maybe I just got a dud!I really like the knife itself though. I sanded down the sharpening choil slightly as it would catch/snag the inside of the sheath when drawing the knife and putting it back in. Not sure why the choil was left so sharp, as it sits so far below the blade when new. Not a big deal i suppose. As mentioned before, i had to sharpen the blade because it wouldn’t even cut printing paper. It’s a very stout thick blade so i reprofiled it to a convex grind to about 20 degrees each side. Sharp as a razor blade now!Overall, it’s a beautiful knife, but maybe glue the stitches and really soften up the sheath before using it too much.

Smaller than you think even though it's the larger one. Immediately reprofile the sharpening angle. Will slice better with a 20°-25° angle

This knife is beautifully designed and crafted. Excellent materials and attention to detail in every respect.

Nice fixed blade - small but seems well made- leather holster with strong magnet is a bonus.

I like the design of this knife and, contrary to other reviews, I think the sheath is great.My problem is the heat treat on the steel. This M390 is ridiculously soft. It will not hold an edge. I probably got a lemon; I have no reason to believe MKM cannot heat treat a knife correctly.Unfortunately, when I reached out to MKM for a warranty replacement, they said Amazon purchases are not covered. So, if you want this knife, beware the heat treat and definitely buy it elsewhere.
