This product is accurate and easy to use. The handle that is added to it makes for easy use in transporting it from different locations.

It is portable and works well. You have to make sure the package you weigh is centered on the scale or your reading may be off. Only issue I found. Otherwise, good product. Sturdy and solid.

Purchased my scale june 29th 2025 it stopped working 0ct 20th 2025. I tried new batteries recalibrating and all I get is an err on display. Tried calling company for warranty replacement and no answer….

Have been using this item for a month, monitoring the weight of a container as it is slowly filled over a few days. Have noticed very little drift in the scale reading or zero point, and it seems to handle a little shock / disturbance well when the filled container is taken off and replaced with next empty one. Double-checking the container weight with a different, calibrated weigh scale shows that this unit is weighing accurately.

The scale was exactly as described and arrived very quickly. There were several scales priced at 1/4 the amount of this one that I did not buy because I was afraid of the possible inaccuracy and lesser quality of the cheaper ones. I tend to buy the more expensive product if there are several different manufacturers models of any product that are far less than the more expensive one. I'm always hopeful that I truly am getting what I pay for.

I cannot overstate my satisfaction with this purchase. The Angel USA 22" x 18" scale was perfectly calibrated right out of the box (I used a 0.5 kg calibration weight to check it), and the instructions were clear, but concise. The size is a perfect compromise between having adequate-sized weighing platform to accommodate our large, under 100 lb. shipping boxes and being small enough for ease of storage. I think that the system could benefit from a way to disconnect the indicator from the scale platform for easier portability. It's kind of awkward to manage the large-dimensioned, 12 lb. platform and permanently-connected indicator unit at the same time. All it needs is a $5 (for durability) connector inline on the control cable.
