Este miso es el más suave y cremoso que he usado, ideal para la sopa de miso si no te van los sabores muy fuertes. El precio en tienda es bastante más caro. Lo volveré a encargar.

Genial para muchas recetas y un gran sabor

I'm really happy I decided to try this Clearsping brand out. I was kinda hoping the package was resealable, but it ended up not being an issue, I just cut a corner open and fold it over to store. It is really convenient to just squeeze some miso out into whatever I'm making. I was happy with the price as well for the amount that you get. I wanted affordable yet organic, I think I wanted to keep it around ten bucks at the time when I purchased this. I use this in place of chicken stock a lot lately, it's been working out quite well, it mixes into liquids very easily and the flavor has been amazing. Whenever I am out of a stock, this is my go to for sure. I've used it in everything from vegetable stew, to your usual ramen type soups and things.
