What's the motion sensor's reach? I work on a ranch and need something bright at a range of 40 feet?

I own two of these, placed on either side of my double driveway. The light comes on at about six feet approaching the sensors. The light is very bright, covering most of my short driveway (alerting me well before someone gets to my front door or giving delivery people plenty of light as they approach), but I don't think I'd be able to see a person's face in this light at 40 feet away. I would set two or four along your "path" if you need broad coverage. Mine have worked for 6 months with no problems.

does it come with a battery charger?

They do not come with battery charger. All solar activated.

Can I turn this on when my dog goes out and then shut off?

We leave them on all the time, dog triggers each one at night when he passes to go use bathroom. They are very reliable

What is the lumens for each light?

Thete are 2 settings, I have mine on the list setting but when it detects motion, it lights up brighter. When the motion leaves it goes back to the lower. It projects 25 feet
