Overall, it's a nice Ab Lounge Chair. It was challenging at first to assemble without any written instructions. I had to watch the video instructions 3 times. I finally got it. Once I assembled it, I looked back and said " wow " it wasn't bad as I thought the assembly would be.

This right I thought was gonna break but it surprised me it held up very well I use daily along with my quest 3s for workouts

This will give you a good overall workout. It helps loosen up my back and tighten my core. I would have given this a higher mark but there are no instructions and for me an older fellow, it is difficult to extricate yourself from.

It’s what I should have expected - you get what you pay for. Assembly instructions would have been nice.

Comes with instuctions that basically interprets figure it out yourself . It’s just a picture of the chair where you have to figure out where the attachments go . It doesn’t come with a picture of the screws that has to be used . And mines came with a missing screw to lock in the feet ledge. Like others have complained in there review . With out that screw to lock in the feet ledge you can not uplift urself with maximum pressure to feel a crunch . And also when you bend back to stretch your back it feels like the material is going to rip after 4 cruches, the mesh touches a piece of metal , that with due time it will rip and you can hear the rip when your actually bending back . I had to YouTube an instruction video to even figure out how to open the chair and that’s where I figured out I was missing a screw . It is sturdy and easy to get in and out of , but worthless with out the missing screw . It takes up a lot of space and a horror to close back up to store . And even when you store it back up there is no pockets to place the loose screws
