Had to return the pos was not paid off and could not be set up with clover so I say SCAM

Printer didn't last. Bought it 2 years ago and already need a new one

I received an ink pen and a letter that I have to sign up for their cc processing service

System works as it should. No problems with the hardware at all really. Customer service is little to no help. Expect hour or longer hold times to get anything done. Then when you actually talk to someone, they transfer you to someone else 99% of the time. For how much they gouge you on fees, the least they could do is provide decent customer service. They don't even offer sub par customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. Can't rate them low enough.
