After reading the comment decided to give it a try. It was a mistake. This product does not work. At ALL!!! This product made me bloaty and gassy. It didn't help with regularity as well. As an experiment, I persuaded my partner (my partner is blessed with healthy digestion) to try this product... lol he was suffering from boat and gas like crazy... I don't know how this product got certified. Please be careful. I won't recommend this product to anyone. DO NOT BUY.

I’ve tried several probiotics to help with regularity. It’s only been 4 nights so far and for the past two days I’ve “gone”. Two days in a row!! Hopefully this lasts!! So far though so good!! Regarding taste, it reminds me of black licorice. It’s not terrible.
