These were just replacement filters, but they work wonderfully! The noise cancellation is amazing, and they really do help with reducing the noise to levels where my ears are not in pain and can comfortably listen. I used these primarily for festivals, concerts, clubs, etc., and each time, they are a lifesaver! Also, by having a replaceable filter, you don’t have to constantly buy a whole new set of ear plugs each time, and they are more environmentally friendly. I would highly recommend!

I didn't know it was possible to make something that works like this. It attenuates all frequencies roughly the same making the sound quieter but barely changing its quality.

They pop out of the clear shell easily. Lost one already.

My old filters were cracked slightly, so I bought these finally as a replacement. They work great!! I didn't realize how my cracked ones werent doing that well until I put these in and couldn't hear anything lol

Great earplugs for small ears. Please note these are not earplugs on their own, you need to use them along with the small sized clear silicone earplugs also from Eargasm. They work great for ear protection while running power tools.

They cancel just enough to still hear but for it not to be too overwhelming.

These are just a replacement part to my earplugs. I use the actual earplugs to filter out the noise and loud sounds that surround me at concerts. I can still hear the performance without causing damage to my hearing. I did not want earplugs that close off everything from me. These earplugs do exactly as the manufacturer describes. I have bought sets of these same brand earplugs for my kids.

Excelentes, a diferencia de los eargasm tamaño estándar que he usado por dos años (que por cierto me han cumplido muy bien) la versión smaller se adaptan mejor a mi oído, no sé por qué espere tanto para hacer el cambio, estos no se deslizan hacia afuera de mi oído ni me causan comezón al volverlos a acomodar, por lo anterior dicho los tolero puestos por mucho más tiempo!! fabuloso producto, siempre regreso a comprar con eargasm, estos tapones son para reducir ruido no para cancelación como por ahí leí en alguna review negativa, va perfecto para festivales y música en vivo sin perder fidelidad, es asombroso el efecto que se consigue con la música en vivo puesto que redondea los molestos picos de frecuencias agudas tanto de voz como de instrumentos haciendo que no haya dolor de cabeza al oír dichos picos, otra cosa que me he percatado a lo largo de estos dos años con la versión estándar es que estos tapones te permiten escuchar perfectamente la voz de algún compañero que asista contigo a los eventos de música y es gracioso porque este no te puede oír a ti y pide que grites por el tremendo ruido que hay en esos lugares, un diez de diez eargasm.
