It is very easy to set up
Black 89101A Great…and for the price even greater . It is very easy to set up. Seriously, it took only about 15-20 minutes. You have to put on pedals, handle bars, monitor and seat. They include all the tools and bolts. It's very easy. Smooth action and easy to adjust with the knobs, and there is two wheels, very flexible. For the money, I can't imagine anything better, it is well made even though it seems like a new brand (maybe it is one of the reason why it is affordable for such a sturdy well constructed bike),just walk into any sporting goods store and you'll easily $400-1000 or more for a similar bike.
