This is a lovely chandelier ! The crystals are glass and very sparkly. It arrived well packed. All the pieces were present. Yes, you have to assemble it yourself but I'm not sure how it could be transported if it was ready assembled. You need patience to assemble it but I found it straightforward to do so using the instructions. I bought this for a gift but I would purchase it again for myself. I think it's good value for the money considering the crystals are glass not plastic. My friend's son installed it for here and that was straightforward too.

Well this light came in what was like a hundred pieces to assemble, so we set to it . My husband fitted the electrical bits to the ceiling . No problem. Then my job was to put it together 😫 it must have taken an hour and a half with a cuppa half way through to calm my nerves . I got half way down the light and found I’d put the wrong Crystals on . So had to remove two lots all around the middle . Had a cry and started again . It’s so fiddly and difficult to do . I had really sore fingers doing this but I must say , the end result is gorgeous. We are really happy with it . How it looks above our dining table . Now that I’ve got over it , I’d say it’s well worth the work you have to put in . It looks Beautiful

This is a lovely item when finished However there are a couple of things that are not made obvious in the description that should really be mentioned Firstly it needs building. Luckily the electrician who fitted the item as able to do this. It did take time tho as the instructions are terrible. And he built the structure I built the crystal element and again the instructions were awful. It took over a hour It was fiddly It is beautiful but if I knew then what I know now would I do it again ? Absolutely not which I why I’ve knocked the stars off and gone with a three star rating

It was bit tricky at the start because instructions didn't make sense but once started it wasn't too bad took couple of hours at each chandelier because I have ordered two. Once I put everything together I was amazed it looked stunning very good quality and value for money as i have visited few store and didnt like any. Its bit heavy though. Its easy to install we did it ourselves. Got e 14 dimable bulbs which looks amazing... I am so glad I bought them. I gave uploaded few photos but in real they look more beautiful photos doesn't do justice. They came with long chain n I have low ceiling so I didn't add chain it wasn't needed.

Der Kronleuchter ist sehr, sehr schön. Die Installation ist einfach, braucht aber Zeit. Ich habe etwa drei Stunden gebraucht, um diesen Kronleuchter vollständig zusammenzubauen und aufzuhängen. Sie hat alles selbst gemacht, ohne fremde Hilfe. Es gibt viele kleine Teile, jedes Stück Glas muss aufgehängt werden. Aber das Ergebnis ist es wert! Der Kronleuchter funkelt und macht mich glücklich!
