My friend and I (both bachelors) stay in a flat, so we decided to buy a washing machine. We chose this brand because I had a good experience using a Samsung washing machine at home. This machine washes clothes well and offers various features like Delicate Wash, Soak and Wash, Quick Wash, etc.However, there are some issues with the detergent and fabric conditioner tray. When we pour liquid detergent into the tray, it immediately falls onto the clothes, which might cause discoloration. Also, we have to wait until the rinse cycle to add fabric conditioner into its chamber—so in this regard, it’s not fully automatic. If you add the conditioner before starting the machine, it goes to waste.Although the machine is easy to install, only their technician is allowed to do it, or else the warranty becomes invalid. Unfortunately, even though we live in a metropolitan city (Hyderabad), their technician took three days to complete the installation.

To my surprise, Samsung service team refused to uninstall the machine and demanded an additional charge. When I declined, they stopped communicating entirely, leaving my calls to both the service team and your toll-free number unanswered. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning Samsung’s commitment to customer satisfaction.Now, Amazon has canceled my return request, saying that since the machine is installed, Samsung must handle the issue, as it appears to be a manufacturing fault.
