I need a couple more USB-C ports as cases and mobos are very limited. This card has made life a lot easier. Things that don't need lie latency (mouse, keyboard) are directly connect to mobo but everything else goes through this. I'd be interested to test the latency between direct mobo connection and this

Got these to replace a broken USB C header on the motherboard. Works just as advertised. Came with a driver disc but it wasn't needed because it ran fine out of the box without and driver installation. Compatible with both Windows 11 and Linux.
