Absolutely disgraceful. This was a packet of flour not a storage box. No refund available 1 star simply because wouldn’t submit

I wanted the box type container and the picture looked like it was. When it arrived it was in paper.

I was disappointed because I expected the product to be in a box as shown in the sales advert and also this review ☹️.

It doesn't come in a box with plastic lid as shown - it just comes in a paper packet which normally sells in supermarkets for less than £2. I paid £18.94 !!!! for the plain flour and self raising flour. Obviously I sent both back but have still not received a refund.

flour received was in paper packaging, it’s exactly what I am desperately trying to avoid. It was also a 1,5kg pack instead of 1kg. Homepride was the only brand that sold flour in plastic boxes, so you don’t have any mess in the kitchen cupboard. The company offered immediate return label and refund. Please update description and do not confuse buyers.
