Haben diesen WC-Sitz jetzt schon einige Jahre und wir lieben ihn. Wer einmal auf so einem bequemen und warmen WC-Sitz gesessen hat, will nie wieder auf einem ekelhaft kalten und harten Plastik-WC-Sitz sitzen. Meine Tochter kennt gar keinen anderen, wenn sie woanders aufs Klo geht, erschrickt sie immer weil es so kalt ist (lach). Wir haben schon seit eh und je Holz-Wc-Sitze aber der hier war der beste, werde noch einen als Ersatz bestellen, falls er mal kaputt geht.

In less than 3 months this toilet seat coating is starting to crack. Cheap materials not fit for wet purposes. Would not recommend. I had a wooden toilet seat for 15 years before this with only ear to the rubber parts. I have learnt my lesson and will not use such cheap materials again.

Fitting was surprisingly easy. Item works and looks good for the most part. There is a chip on the very front of my seat, where you can clearly see the white plastic under the faux-wood coating. Most people probably won't notice it, but it's all I see when I look at the seat. I would return for replacement but in my situation it's too much effort. I could not find any other avenue to contact seller to at least mention, hence minus one star from my review. I'm trying to figure out ways to patch it up myself.

Been using the toilet seat for around three weeks and I’m impressed so far. It was easy to install, it is stable, and the soft-close mechanism works well. Long may it continue! 🤞🏻
