4 years going strong.
My dryer was running but not heating, and after a little research, I found out these solenoid coils were the issue. These replacement coils worked perfectly. The parts matched the originals exactly for my Samsung dryer. 4 years later and still running great! Installation was super easy, took maybe 15 minutes with a screwdriver and the dryer was heating again right away. Great quality, great price, and it saved me from having to buy a whole new appliance or call a repair tech. Highly recommend!

Fits SAMSUNG DV50F9A8GVP/A2
Was looking up replacements for my Samsung Dryer and and a heck of a time finding just the coils. Actually considered just getting these hoping they'd fit. Looked on the bracket and saw that the coils actually came with were white rogers and also said MAYTAG 25m01. This is the correct part and once I replaced it my Dryer is working with no issues. Instead of seeing my dry time increase its actually decreasing lole its supposed to. Both coils tested within spec. The seem like they are built pretty well and are super easy to install. Only time will tell how long they will last. This item fits perfectly with the oem. If you watch the video it shows how to test your coils and also install them. It is possible for the coils to produce a false positive so spending 10 bucks is well worth the security my opinion, especially since you practically have it apart already, UNLESS, you know for sure what the problem is. Happy hunting and good luck!

Fits and an easy, low cost fix
Our older folks older dryer wasn't heating, they wanted to call someone to come out and look at their Maytag dryer,($$$) but hubby said to look up model # of dryer. (Usually on a plate on the front with the dryer door opened) Once that was found, the most common problem with no heat is either the igniter or the coils. The igniter worked fine, so coil issue it was. Doing a google search yields the part number... which was found here. These looked like a better quality than others did. The set was delivered the next day .... for less than $10. (Love that!) Simple out with the old/ in with the new parts. Works and heats wonderfully. (The hardest part is putting the dryer panels back together with all of the screws!) Note: If your dryer is REALLY vintage, say early 1980's or so...they have different 'K' coils with wires that don't just plug in and out... and those are really hard to find and are pricy.

Fit my Kenmore gas dryer perfectly
The burner on my gas dryer was not coming on, but the igniter was glowing. The thermal fuse had continuity, so the next test was the solenoid on the gas valve. Part of the 3 prong solenoid had no continuity, so that proved to be the issue. I had to remove two screws on the lint trap to open the top of the dryer. I disconnected the door switch, and I removed one screw on each side to pull the front off. I took off the two screws that hold the solenoid bracket on, and I pulled off the old solenoid. I put the new solenoid on with the nuts sticking up. I aligned the nuts with the holes on the cover and screwed it down. I connected the cables and put it all back together. The whole process took me less than 30 minutes, and these solenoids work perfectly. The price was less than half what it would have cost from the manufacturer, and they are exactly the same as the ones I took off.

Works great
Repaired my dryer. Easy to install. Took apart more than I needed to to get to it. Be sure to align the little tabs at the top with the bracket.

Cheap part saved expensive repair or replace (whirlpool gas dryer)
This worked great to fix my dryer, and I only had one small problem with it, which I will explain later. I'll describe my symptoms below, so that others can see my situation and decide if this is the part they need. I have a whirlpool dryer, supplied as part of my home rental, but not "covered" or warranted by the landlord. It is a gas dryer (obviously). It is pretty basic, but it does have a sensor-based (hot or cool) setting, along with a standard timer-based setting. That's pretty much all the dryer can do - like I said, pretty basic. I went through every single component of the dryer, testing with a multimeter. Everything checked out as functional. I spent a lot of time assembling and disassembling my dryer. I learned A LOT about dryer repair during my trials and tribulations. Getting a repairman was not an option, as most quoted 100-150 JUST TO COME OUT. Never mind actual parts and labor. Here were my symptoms. No heat and the moisture sensor setting didn't work. Nothing was clogged up. The gas line was functional and open. The timed dry worked, but without heat. The auto-sensing dry ran forever, though. I actually forgot to turn it off before going on a weekend trip and it was still running when we came home. The clothes would eventually dry, but the dryer wouldn't stop once dry. Also, if I peeped through the observation hole, the igniter would increase in brightness, get really bright, then fade out without igniting the gas and producing a flame. I also didn't smell gas, or hear a click of the valve opening. This actually happened twice before, but it started working again after a week or two. This time the problem persisted for months. Like I said, I tested every part and the resistance matched what I expected from videos and guides. I tested the high limit thermostat, the fuse, the igniter, the heat sensor, the solenoid coils, the igniter, and another part I don't remember the name of. I never found the moisture sensor or the thermistor. While screwing around, I dropped the igniter and it broke instantly. I replaced that using a $15 part here on Amazon and it worked great, but my problem persisted. That would've been great, if it had been the problem part and I accidentally fixed it. But, it was pretty clear that the igniter worked since it was glowing quite brightly. Also, it was turning on, so it probably wasn't the heat sensor. Everything pointed to the solenoid coils, or the entire gas valve assembly. The coils worked electrically, though, giving proper resistance values on all 3 contact points. I said "screw it" and just replaced the coils with this. After all, it was only $10, so if it did nothing I wasn't out much. My dryer immediately started working perfectly, and has since. The flame turned on, I got heat and the dryer started turning itself off automatically when the clothes were dry. The only negative about this particular product was that several of the pins came bent at almost 90 degree angles. Not so bad that I couldn't bend them back and have it work just fine... but that's still pretty sketchy. They should probably fix whatever shipping and/or handling problem that led to that happening. That's why it got 4 stars instead of 5. I've been dancing a little jig every once in a while ever since. A $10 part saved me from having to buy a $400+ new dryer, and having to figure out what to do with the old one (since it isn't mine...). And before you ask, I did bring it up to the landlord and he basically ignored me. As far as I know, landlords aren't required to guarantee appliances, so there's nothing I could do legally and he just wasn't a nice enough dude to handle it anyway.

Welcome to the 21 Century
These work as expected. It's only been a week, but so far so good. Thank goodness for ChatGPT for suggestions on problem diagnosis, YouTube for instructions/demonstration on how to make the simple repair, and Amazon Prime for offering very affordable pricing with quick delivery.
