A friend recommended this product and I was concerned it might be too hot. However, I really like the flavor and it didn't taste hot to me. To use it, I take some out and cut the pieces down in size. Then I'll add it to most anything I'm preparing. Note: I only add the amount I'll eat at a particular meal and never heat the sauerkraut. For example, I add it to cold and hot dishes. I've put it in salads, including egg salad. I'll add it to dishes after they've been heated and are no longer cooking for added flavor and the health benefit.

Very good. Very small. Too expensive, but yummy and maybe healthy. Have reordered, maybe for last time??

Product received in a plastic jar that was damaged from heat would not even stand up straight. Bottom almost blown out. Complete disappointment had to toss. Waste of money!

i like the taste.. the jar with jalapenos & beets & cabbage was not that hot tasting .. i saw very few beets and jalapenos , though

I bought for the health benefits not expecting to like it but I actually love the taste! The spicy part isn’t really hot but gives the right amount of zip! Will be keeping this in stock at my house. Update.:: 10/23/21 just ordered three more bottles! I can feel the benefit with every bite and it taste Devine! I often add it to other things I am eating. Even my dog loves a bite every now and then! I previously ordered the regular but haven’t tried it yet. The spicy version is for me.
