I’ve been using the Sleep Company Stylux Premium Ergonomic Office Chair for some time now, and I’m really happy with the purchase. The chair is extremely comfortable — the under-thigh support and back support are excellent, and it feels great even during long working hours. The headrest is also well-designed and adds to the overall comfort. Overall, it’s a premium, well-built chair that provides great value for the price. Highly satisfied!

Bought this ergonomic chair from The Sleep Company on Amazon, and it’s been a great addition to my workspace. 📦 Packaging was excellent — well-protected and delivered in perfect condition. 🛠️ Assembly was fairly straightforward. The included tools and labeled parts made the process smooth.however the instructions for DIY could be improved, as I struggled a bit initially 💺 The comfort and back support are impressive — ideal for long sitting hours. The mesh back allows for airflow, keeping things cool even during extended use. 🎯 The adjustable features (height, tilt, armrest) are practical and work just as expected. ⚠️ Two suggestions: 1. the seat cushion could have slightly more padding for extra comfort over very long sessions, but it’s still very decent overall. 2. DYI needs more clear instructions, may be a link to official YouTube link on how to assemble will help. Awesome product at decent pricing,

I recently purchased a chair from The Sleep Company, and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. The ergonomic design and SmartGRID technology make it incredibly comfortable — even after sitting for long hours, I don’t feel any back or neck strain. The build quality is excellent, and the cushioning provides just the right balance of softness and support. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design, especially for people who work from home or spend a lot of time at their desks. The chair was easy to assemble, looks premium, and fits perfectly in my workspace.

The package came without an installation manual and since I found it difficult to assemble, I followed the YouTube video from the sleep company to assemble the product. The wheel and the base came separately for me and there was no information to install that in the video either. Later I figured out how to install wheels, 2 of the wheels are not going inside. Even though the metallic base feels sturdy, the quality of the base is really bad for a product that falls under this price range and has sharp edges at the bottom which may hurt the user while using the product or while assembling the product. Update: I have received assistance from the technicians from the sleep company after registering a complaint and they fixed the Issue(Almost a week later). Review after using it for a week: Product quality - 3/5 Pros: • The quality of the mesh is good. • Great seat locking mechanism. Cons: • The lumbar support is not sturdy and moves down when we try to lean back most of the time. • Hand rest is slightly flimsy and there is no proper locking mechanism when it is moved forward and easily slips when you try to sit again after adjusting it. Ergonomics / Comfort: 2/5 Pros: •Seat is sturdy and comfortable for 4-5 hrs of constant sitting at normal temperature (26-28°) without any air conditioning. •Seat will also tilt along with the backrest which gives a feeling of a rocking chair and it feels really good for relaxing in between long working hours. Cons: • Neck support is not that great for a person who is 6ft tall. • Lumbar support would have been good if there was a proper locking mechanism but since it moves down after adjusting, it's a little uncomfortable. Overall it is an average chair at this price range that is overpriced and overhyped, It would be a decent buy if it comes at a price range of 10 -12 K or less. Update after using it for 5 months. I extremely regret buying this chair, the lumbar support now moves down soon after leaning back regardless of the position that you set making the overall sitting experience pathetic and irritating.
