I rarely go out of my way to write reviews on Amazon, but this product motivated me. I’m a polymer clay artist and often need fresh blades. I have a bad habit of losing track of my hobby knives because they’re floating wherever, loose. THIS bundle is so nice for what you get. For 7.99, I got TWO fancy knives in my favorite color, with a generous helping of spare blades. The mini steel ruler, which is flexible, was a fantastic bonus and I didn’t realize how much I would love it until it showed up. It’s one of those little things I never knew I needed. And THEN they give you a little felt case to keep it all together? I love this. Now I have an easily-recognizable packet at my desk that has my blades and stuff all contained. I won’t have to hunt around for where my spare blades ended up in all my little drawers of supplies. This one should be at the top of search results for hobby knife, because it’s a great kit at a fantastic price without all of the bloated nonsense that some other kits come with. Some of them cost 4x what this one did and are goofy as heck, with a plastic case and endless blade shapes, and it’ll feel like if you lose or break one blade the whole kit is now incomplete. THIS kit is the one.

This pack came with 2 craft knives & plenty of extra knife tips all in a small storage case. They are very sharp and do the trick fine for the paper projects for which I need them. Also a great price. Jighly recommend.

Been playing with pieces of cork, carving and etching designs and utility parts for home. Quite happy so far and for the first time with such precise knives, very well equipped with loads of spare blades and of different shapes, and for such an affordable price.

I needed an xacto knife and this came with extra blades. I wasn’t originally thinking the little bag would be of use, but it is the handiest thing for keeping me organized! Good project with a great accessory!

Good value and working great with my projects I would buy again but they give you a good bit of extra blades still haven’t needed to change the blade yet

The Craft Hobby Knife set by Arvakr includes two aluminum X-Acto knife style handles with plastic blade covers and a useful assortment of blades. If you are familiar with standard X-Acto blade numbers, the set comes with #11 fine diagonal blades installed on the handles plus forty #11 spares, ten #4 small straight chisel-type blades, and ten #16 small angled chisel-type blades. The set also includes six plastic blade cases holding 10 blades each, and the handles with blade covers and spare blades are packed into what would have been a nice hinged-top metal (steel) case. Unfortunately, my set arrived in a minimally-padded shipping envelope with only a thin plastic wrapper "protecting" the case, and the metal case was so badly crushed/dented that I had to use pry tools to get it open. Although I was able to flatten out much of the damage by pounding the dents out from the inside using a wood dowel and a mallet and the case now functions, it still looks bad because the metal is buckled where I pounded out the dents. Although this nice hobby knife and spare blades set is probably worth the under $8 listing price without the case, for me the case represented a good part of the appeal of this set, so I am disappointed that it arrived so badly damaged.
