I purchased two of these water bottles for my nieces (ages 5 and 8) during our summer "cousin camp," and they were an absolute hit! As someone who uses an adult-sized motivational water bottle myself, I loved that the kids could have matching ones with the same positive, motivational sayings. Surprised by how strong the quality is. Like the color dynamics. Love the extra seal once you close the cap. i like these bottles and have bought three. i like the top that covers the mouth piece, i like they do NOT have straws, the strap is good (i had a similar brand and the strap broke off the first time i used it). these come in several sizes and colors. i recommend them. they have the little air hole so you can chug without having to stop to let air out. i have one that doesn't have the air hole (different brand) so i realized how nice the air hole is and bought more of these.

It’s a nice bottle I like that. The straw is easy to remove for easy cleanup. I use it for my elderly father so it works out pretty good. I don’t think it’s leak proof, but it works out for him. Pretty good.

I bought this for my grandson to take for his water consumption at school. I love the measurements on it, to let me know how much water he is drinking, which is important so he not dehydrated throughout his day. This bottles flip top cover is good, the stray is sturdy. The top tightens down well, no leaks. The price was good, $9.99, grey Extra if you wanted other colors. It does fit in the side pocket of his backpack.

I bought this to bring with me to the gym. It's good enough for this, I suppose. The wrist strap makes it easy to carry, the pop top makes it quick to open one handed which is appreciated especially during a spin class. Being transparent enables me to monitor the water level, in case I need a refill before walking into a class. I like the quotes on the outside, with times reminding you to drink. I'm on a weight loss journey, and drinking more water is vital at this time. This cup not only makes it much more easy to do so, it sets another goal, another challenge. Yes, a small one, but its one of those small ones that make a big difference health wise. As for the cons- the water doesn't stay cold long at all. I like a ton of ice in my water, and still doesn't seem to keep cold very long. I fill it at night, and again filled to the top with ice, it's completely melted by morning, whatever water left, not even cool. It leaks. The top of the straw doesn't really fit securely into the lid. Yes, the top of the cup itself is leak proof, the straw pops up when you open it, it closes easily and securely one handed, If the cup happens to tip too much to the side, the water will spill out. If I had known the straw did not secure, I would have purchased a different cup. There is not just a typical opening at the bottom of the straw. There are slots going up each side, and they are quite high, enough so that when I do get to the bottom there is still about an inch or so water left in the cup. I drink alot of water during my workouts, and again, if I am a class, I want every drop so I don't need leave the class for more water. Not only for the water, but out of respect, as it is bit of a distraction to the others, when someone walks through the room. I believe the reason for the slats on the bottom have to do with the strainer towards the bottom of the water, so perhaps it's meant to add fruit for flavorings, and the larger opening allow for extra bits of seeds seeds or small pieces or fruit to come through. As the listing and lack of instructions don't say anything about this, that would be my guess. So, while it's really more of hassle to return a $10 cup, I'll keep it. As I said, it's sufficient for a workout, which is really what I bought it for. Will I be buying another one, for the days I'm at the gym for longer workouts, when a quick one handed open from a cup right next to the handlebars isn't incredibly quick like it is during spin class? Yes, I definitely will.

I received a different color than I originally ordered, but the bottle turned out better than expected. It’s noticeably larger, feels sturdy in the hand, and the overall quality is impressive—great for daily gym use.

If you turn the bottle upside down, water will leak around the straw. So it is not really leakproof. Nice size however.
