I have no clue if this works. What I know is all of the pieces we’re not included and it has lint on it like it’s been used. And since this goes between my thighs there’s no way in heck that I’m giving this a try. I’ll update when I receive a replacement.

This may be a great device, but there are no written instructions. I have tried to find something besides the 4 pictures shown with the device on Amazon, but no luck. So practically useless. Very disappointed.

This is such a convenient little product. Very easy to use in a few manners. I love that I can bring it right with me to work and use it while sitting at the desk. Easy assembly and comfortable pads. Great item for the money! Only con I have is that I ordered the teal and received pink in a teal labeled box.

It doesn’t have a lot of resistance so if you already have a bit of muscle in your legs you may want to try something else.

Simple to assemble and use. Price is great. An all over great customer experience!
