Marvel Legends Series Falcon and Winter Soldier Captain America Premium Role Play Shield, Adult Fan Costume & Collectible

Ok, let's get this out of the way straight off...the shield is not made of metal. It has some metal rivets, it's shiny, but it's not metal. It feels like a very strong plastic or composite of some sort. While this doesn't detract from the look, you have to admit we all want it to be made of metal. At this price point, that just isn't going to happen. The shield does come with two straps on the inside to attach it to your arm if you want. I'm planning early for next year's Halloween costume. I have a solid black, blacked-out Harley Iron 883, and this shield will be riding on the front of it as part of my costume for next year. I have been wanting to get this shield and when I saw it was on sale a few days ago, I jumped. Now to get myself in better shape and get the costume purchased. Back to the shield, you'll love it. It's very sturdy and looks great.

This shield is perfect. Size, weight, color is all very good. The straps are very solid. The shield being plastic, it is a perfect prop with very good quality. For $120 you are getting a very good quality shield.

This shield is impressive. I bought this shield for Halloween and also thought afterwards it can be used a wall decoration in my sonʻs room. The price is on-target for the quality item. I did return it only because the shield was just slightly too heavy for my son (11 y/o) going trick or treating. I still gave this five stars because it deserves it! Itʻs not overly heavy, but trick treating would make it a little too hard.

I bought this for my wife. It’s very nice, good size and quality and great appearance. On a road trip when we first got it, we drove through a snowstorm. I had nothing else in the car to use as a shovel, so I used this to shovel snow from my car to free my car. It worked well as a shovel and had absolutely no scratches or defects from it. I was surprised at the durability.

Got this for my husband, didnt read description well enough i guess, this is NOT a metal sheild its a heavy polymer/plastic. Still really cool and its currently hanging in the man cave. Juat FYI if you rhink its metal, its not..

Great shield. Looks plasticy, but nice plastic. The straps are a bit flimsy but look and work well especially compared to other shields I've purchased. Overall, very nice. I also own the blue winter soldier stealth shield same make and quality so I like these much more than the metal, heavy shields

It's made of a thick plastic, so it is quite sturdy. Obviously you'd be paying more for an actual metal replica, but this is a good alternative olfor the value.

Not bad for a plastic shield. Looks great in the room. 3D print you some wall mounts and you are set.

Awesome shield for any Captain America fan. It's solid and strong but not overly heavy, and the fact that it's plastic means it can be used at conventions. Great size, too. It's possible for someone my size (approx. 5'7") to crouch behind it and be completely shielded, which is exactly what I wanted. The adjustable arm straps are thick and great quality as well. It's also a stunning display piece, looks just like the real thing. Perfect shield for cosplay or for display. So glad I purchased this. Worth the money. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't personally purchase this at full price so I'm glad I got a decent deal on it. Anyone who is into Cosplay and is looking for a reasonably priced shield, this is it for sure. It IS PLASTIC so don't go thinking it's metal but it looks surprisingly good for it being plastic. Metal shields can easily go for $400+ so this is a great alternative in my opinion. I only wish they would have an option for it to wall mount so I don't have to find a way to mount mine.
