I am very happy with these two rectangular covers. They work great and are much cheaper than other name-brand covers. I really like the rectangular shape as I can position my food on the griddle for easy covering. Get the ones with the vents - I squirt water into the vents when grilling asparagus to allow them to steam while they grill. I've used these to melt cheese on hamburgers, steam asparagus and cook salmon. They're great if you want to speed up the cooking of a think piece of fish on the griddle.

These are great for either; keeping food warm once it is cooked and is moved to a cooler part of the grill to await serving or for increasing the temperature for cooking items through more quickly. They are good quality and easy to clean. Very impressed at the value for money.

These fit nicely under the large Blackstone grill, and the heat has not damaged the handles at all! Great for steaming vegetables or for melting cheese on burgers! Lightweight and easy to clean, and the rectangular shape helps when using with the large Blackstone's edges. Great purchase.

Use these on my Blackstone griddle. I like that they have a vent option I can open if desired. They have held up great, and were reasonably priced. I would buy them again.
