I absolutely love Carnation Breakfast Essentials! I drink this everyday! Tastes delicious & super easy to prepare. My son loves it as well! Great for any age! Get a boost in the morning when you're in a hurry, or anytime! If you're not a fan of chocolate, they have other flavors as well. I've been drinking this product since I was a child, and it's only gotten better! They have a high protein version as well. I highly recommend!

I used to drink these for breakfast as a kid. Now I incorporate for more protein during day. Most protein powders make me bloat and gas. I mostly use this at night for a bedtime hot chocolate before bed with hot water and splash of cream. Honestly delicious and curbs the sweet desires!

This is a good meal replacement item for the mornings when you're hungry but you don't want a lot or in the evening when you just need a little something . The flavors decent it could be a little more chocolatey . It mixes well it's quick and you can take it on the go . You can mix it up and then put your coffee in on top of it oh you've got a treat .

This stuff is delicious. I have one for lunch every day. Mixes easily with milk for a delicious and simple meal replacement.
