DISAPPOINTED, in picture of back of heart, it shows two arms hugging, I ordered three (2 in rose gold, 1 in silver), they did not have the arms on the back......did not want to send them back, ordered one for granddaughter away at college, and the other 2 for twin grandchildren who live in a different state, sent all in their Valentine cards...

The leather care for the hug smelled of midlew

Ordered for my friend, delivered on time and in a pretty gift bag as requested. My friend was absolutely delighted with it. Initially she was unable to find the silver heart hug as it was taped inside the gift box, but after much searching it was thankfully discovered and can now sit in the lovely leather key fob case. If purchasing please ensure you check packaging thoroughly so as not to miss the hug which could easily be discarded. A lovely item and definitely recommend.

I ordered this for my son who misses us at school. I was hoping it was as cute as the picture but it came with NO CHARM in the pouch. I thought it was just an over sight on their part so I asked for a replacement. The same thing happened! NO CHARM IN THE POUCH! Very dissatisfied.
