This brand of Einkorn tastes great. I must say that I initially tried it due to the name and have not been disappointed with their quality. It mills up very easily on my KithenAid mixer attachment, so light and fluffy. Also, just a cup of whole kernels make a cup and a half when milled. The option to have fresh milled grains is a huge plus, I love the health benefits they bring. Sourdough is a healthier option and these berries take it to the next level.

love this brand and seller. great flour. i been using einkorn for a few years. does not make you feel bloated like reg store flour. if you have gluten issues this flour is for you.

This flour is so tasty! Gives a nice nutty flavor, perfect for all baking but we love making muffins with it.

I have been making my own bread the old fashioned way for many years and I also have a flour mill which I have been using for the last several years. I have never been thrilled with the texture of an all whole wheat bread. But now everything has changed. I just made my first loaf of Einkorn flour whole wheat bread and it is fantastic. I love the texture and taste. This is a great product from a wonderful family business. I will be ordering more and on a regular basis.
