4" Hollow Ground Santoku

I bought it as a in-between knife for paring and dicing tasks, but it is so sharp and comfortable to use I find myself using it for most things, from chef knife to paring knife tasks. I love it.

We love the Global knives and are happy we added the 4” hollow ground Santok to our collection. As with our other Global knives, this one is very sharp, and well balanced. The hollow ground surface allows us to cut foods that tend to stick to standard knives. Foods such as cheese never stick, making it so much easier to slice. Great purchase! Highly recommended!!

I love Global knives. Prior to that or knives were always German forged. The lasting sharpness, ergonomics, and clean design keep me returning for more.

I am a big fan of Global knives; I own several. I really love using this knife for many jobs in the kitchen. It's the first knife I reach for to start my prep work at home.

The handle was not for me. Seemed sturdy enough, just not for me. A little expensive, as well.

Excellent for every day use, much more manageable than a large cook’s or santoku. My wife loves it as well.
