I have multiple of these and have tried others but these are the best ones I have ever had and the simplest to use and last a very long time. They work perfect for all my faucets. They are very good quality and great value for the money. I have several of these and they work perfect. Good quality and easy to use. Attaching to the hose bib is very very easy. I have had those button type levers and they are just too hard for me to use because I am old. The levers on these Melnor ones work like a dream and shut off completely when I want the water shut off, no leaking.

This is the first split connector that has actually made an attempt to get these devices out of the stone age. They are all metal internals, ball valve design with on/off levers that are easy to use and give you high visibility determining if the valve is on or off. The bonus quick connector is nice but I'm curious why they didn't include two of them. I am thrilled someone actually put some design thinking into this product and is no doubt great for arthritic hands.

Works well in general. My only complaint would be that the spouts don't shoot water out very 'cleanly'. I use one end for my hose and the other end is just used to fill watering cans, etc. The 'naked' end doesn't shoot clean stream of water, it's kind of messy, but not really that big of an issue once you realize that's the case.

It easy to control the water flow

Had been using similar valves made by Gilmour. Those valves were hard to open and close but the worst problem was our well water would corrode the metal threads after just a few months of use.This valve is much easier to open and close with the levers plus you have can see if the valve is open or closed from a great distance. Another big plus is it is way easier to attach and hand tighten this valve to the hose end fittings without needing a wrench.

Easy to install and use.Update...the side you are not using will leak out. So make sure you have a hose on both sides
