National Geographic Little Kids First Big Book of Things That Go

This book is a steal at $10! It's MASSIVE and really well made. There are tons of really cool pictures, and it's the perfect book for an almost four year old that can be something that he grows into. If you know a kiddo who likes "things they go", this is a great choice. This is also the second National Geo. "Kids first big book of..." that I've bought and they're such high quality books.

We have loved the Little Big Book series from age 2 on! They are engaging for young kids, with great pictures and easy-to-understand descriptions. My son has always preferred nonfiction and I think these are the easiest ones for him to understand. The Things That Go Book I think is by far the most advanced or directed for older kids, but the pictures are still great for a 3 year old.

I bought this book to read with my grandson. We read a chapter at a time and he loves it! There are great pictures, description, and even a simple choice game to play at the end of each chapter. I bought the book when it was on sale, and will buy some of the other choices when/if they are on sale. Highly recommend.

I adore all of the NG Little Kid’s First Big Books! This one is just as good as the others we have. Plenty of pictures, enough details to understand, and perfect for almost all ages! My non readers love to flip through the pages, my readers love to learn new facts, and 30 year old me loves to learn simple facts about planes and other transportation!

My four year old kept checking this out at his school library until he was told he needed to let someone else have a turn checking it out. He was heartbroken. Luckily I found the book here for him. It arrived in perfect condition! If you have a young child that loves cars, trucks, trains etc. this is great educational book!

This book has bold, beautiful pictures and headings. It is also informative. It has many forms of transportation: old, new, and from some other parts of the world. It is divided into sections such as water transportation, electricity, steam...etc. It is suitable for a variety of ages.

Book itself is great but the binding and paper quality made it way too easy to fall apart and pages are easy to rip

This book is wonderful - filled with lots of pictures and descriptions. If you have a kid who is really into vehicles and things that go then this is the book for you. My boy is for and he is nuts over any type of vehicle that goes and he looks at it on a regular basis.

I bought this for my ever curious grandson for Christmas. It looks amazing! He will be 4 soon and will just love this, I know. The book is simple enough yet full of interesting facts and great pictures.
