Excellent wish they had made it to stand but I like the bottom compartment

I had originally written a review stating the backpack was uncomfortable and unable to wear. The company contacted me and stated they had updated the straps with padding and shipped me a new backpack. This is the customer service of the past when companies stood behind their product. I am very impressed because I did not even try to return it, and they contacted me to make it right! I will definitely order from them again.

No space to charge

I walk a mile at a gym twice weekly and have to carry my Inogen G5 portable concentrator. The backpack which Inogen sent me was uncomfortable because it rode too low on my back. The Bagsfy backpack is much more comfortable and I use it exclusively now. I also appreciate the Velcro straps which secure the concentrator as I move around to various exercise machines.

This is the most painful back pack I have ever carried. The strap buckles either dig into my skin at the arm pits or the straps themselves do... which ever way I adjust the straps it is painful.
