Highly recommend even with high price
By far the best soy sauce I have ever tasted. If you're into cooking, or value high quality ingredients, this makes a significant difference. Yes it is expensive. I buy it on sale.

Something different from Kikkoman
It different. Lighter and sweeter than Kikkoman. It’s also way more expensive. I don’t use it for cooking, more a dipping sauce.

Disappointed- cap was broken- Updated
I received the product today, which I was looking forward to. I did not see a way to contact the seller directly to report that the cap was cracked and the Tamari leaked out. I did get to taste the little that was left in the bottle, but since it is not eligible for return, I am forced to write a review to let the company know the cap was cracked and they may want to research a new cap since I see it has happened previously. The taste of what was left of the Tamari was really good and the Soy tasted great also. UPDATE The company reached out to me and replaced the order, which I greatly appreciated. Since my only issue with the product was the broken cap, I am very happy to have received a replacement and I do enjoy the flavor of both the Tamari and the Soy Sauce. Thank you

No recourse for damaged product.
Product arrived with a cracked plastic top, seal was broken AND THERE WAS NO REFUND ALLOWED BY AMAZON. SHAME ON YOU ALEXA & AMAZON for selling quality products that are damaged & not making your customer whole.
