The Aosu Wireless Pro System from Home-Security Storefront was exactly as described. I was very impressed with the price of the system and it came to my home without package damage of any kind. When I began the installation process, I was impressed with the Aosu app. (I also have an Aosu video doorbell so I was already familiar with the ease of the app.) I scanned the QR code at the back of the HomeBase, synced the two cameras, plugged in the HomeBase to a wall unit and connected the Ethernet cable to what I thought was my router. As I was waiting for connection, I noticed it was taking a long time. That is when I contacted Aosu online support. The Technition was extremely polite and very patient. We troubleshooted together for almost 2 hours. The entire time she was helpful and patient. I uploaded photos of the HomeBase and router and she asked very thorough questions. We were unable to fix the problem that night, but I had such a high respect and regard for her taking the time to help me. The next afternoon I realized my mistake - I had plugged the Ethernet cable into my modem by mistake, instead of my router. I shared the news with her on the online chat the next day to thank her again for her patience with me and to tell her I was able to connect. This is a quality product for sure, but their online support is second to none! Very impressed. Would definitely buy again from this retailer. 5 stars!

I purchase these cameras because it had a home base in which to record video from the cameras on which means no service charge. It also has a cloud storage available at a charge. It was easy to setup and to install the cameras. Camera picture quality is pretty good even at night and provides added security for my home along with an alarm and give you the ability to communicate to whoever is in camera view. These cameras are much better value than my previous camera system and response time is better as well. I can view anywhere on my phone or tablet.After about 3 months of use one of the cameras stopped charging. I sent a email to the manufacture and they were quick to respond. They asked me to provide a short email of the problem which I did and within a day or two they responded saying they would send out a replacement camera. After less than a week i received the new camera and installed it. So far the new camera is working well. I greatly appreciate the quick response from this company and would recomment these cameras.

I have purchased this camera based upon my friend's recommendation. I have 4 of them at my house. The installation was not that simple but after trying many times finally I did it. But also, I contacted the customer support, and they send me a link which helped very much, and I completed the installation. The cameras are easy to use and after learning the features it is very simple to use. Sometimes they go offline, and you have to follow the proper steps to bring them back online. I have contacted the customer support in the past and they are very good people. they always respond and do their best to help to resolve the issue. I worked with the tech support name Lynette and she has done lots of leg work to get my problem resolved. I recommend this product strongly to any one.

These have a slightly wider and much taller camera perspective than our old cameras, a nice wide view. The light doesn't project as widely as the camera does though, so be sure to center the cameras where you want the focus at night. Ours shone on the ground in front of the house instead of on the building (see photo) so we had to adjust it upward. They connected to my Wi-Fi 6 router easily, though occasionally when I'm trying to view the images in the app it requires me to "refresh" which seems to do nothing until a moment or two later the image just pops up. The camera bodies are quite large so they aren't going to be disguised well, if that's an issue. The 4 star rating is due to the mounts: they are plastic, so I imagine over time will not serve well since they will likely crack and may be difficult to remove the camera for recharging, and although it looks like there is a rotating ball head for angle adjustments, it is fixed, so you'll only be able to see straight out from the wall where you mount it, and you cannot swivel it for a better view at a different angle (which you can see by the photos is required in all our locations). If they ever upgrade the mount to a metal mount that swivels and rotates, send me some! (We ditched the cheap mounts and kept the higher quality from our previous cameras.) The "tinkle tinkle" alert sound is perfect. I like that it shows if someone is "passing" by or "lingering." I don't know yet if I'll miss having an SD card storage, as I won't pay for the cloud, and have yet to see how much can be stored on the home base before I start losing data. Overall, a nice set of cameras for a decent price.
