This vitamin has every single thing you will need. You will never need to take any other vitamins ever again. That’s one of the main reasons why I take these and my bariatric surgeons recommend only. Because with others you have to supplement something without a doubt whether it be calcium or iron or whatever else you don’t have to do that with these vitamins. I had bariatric sleeve done and I have to take four of these things every single day for the rest of my life. Now I’m not going to lie to you and say that these things taste great because they don’t. They taste like Flintstones. And they’re big they’re not small at least the size of more than a nickel. I take 2 in the morning and two at night I don’t know what you’re supposed to do but I know you’re not supposed to take just one. those are my bariatric surgeons orders. And they don’t have any stake in this company. There’s a specific reason why there’s 120 in there and it last for a month. This is a really good company and they’re always on the cutting edge of things. So my Doctors at my Bariatric center told me that this company will be the first one to put out a pill that will cover everything they are sure of it within a few years. I hope so. These things are not cheap. The whole thing is not cheap. From protein shakes to eating more expensive types of food like fish to these. you think if you get the surgery done and it’s free and clear you’re not. Your entire life they’ll have to change in every single way by the way. These vitamins are a Vital part of it I would not go to any other place to get them. Meaning this company. Not to mention I can’t even count how many different vitamins I’d have to take each day. Everything is included in this vitamin that’s the selling point and that’s why this company is so good. They know what they’re doing you get the highest amount of the things that you need that you’re not going to get from only being able to eat 4 ounces of food at a time. And again don’t think they’re gonna taste like candy because they don’t. But they’re not that bad. They come in a few flavors I’ve tried 2 there might be more I don’t know but these are better than a berry ones. They don’t taste like a Creamsicle so don’t expect that. They are orange in color and they taste like orange. But I would not go to any other company for these vitamins. Again they are on the cutting edge of all of the stuff and Bariatric has become a way of life for millions of people now because the insurance companies want to do this surgery rather than paying for all your medications for the rest of your life. It just makes business sense for them.

I usually take the tropical flavor, but figured I’d venture out and try a different flavor. I shouldn’t have. The orange flavor is NASTY! I can usually tolerate alot of things, but these I just can’t! They gotta go!! So, I just received my order for the Strawberry flavor. I gotta admit that after the Orange flavor fiasco I was hesitant to order anything other than the Tropical flavor, but I did. I ordered the Strawberry & it’s DELICIOUS!! I like these better than the Tropical!! The tropical flavor tastes like a tropical vitamin, the Orange is not pleasant at all (see my above review), and the Strawberry tastes almost like a strawberry candy!! I’m actually looking forward to trying the Berry flavor now!!

DO NOT BUY horrible after taste and it’s also making me feel sick after I chew a tablet, and your unable to return this product so it’s a waste of money. I bought the orange cream flavor.

Tastes good and seem to work fine. I have to use chewable because of swallowing issues and these are great as gummies are a risk at pulling out teeth fillings.

I had gastric bypass surgery and needed a good multivitamin to start as per the doctor, these were on the recommended list, and since I only have to just take 4 a day with no other supplements I thought I’d give it a try. The smell once you open them is awful, but it’s what you’d expect for any vitamin. The size of 1 is pretty big, but besides that, the taste? NO. I’m not sure if it’s just the flavor I chose, but they tasted really artificial. And the texture? Another NO. I can tolerate most textures, and I had heard they were similar to the old fashion Tums, they’re not…..it’s not only chalky but reallyyyy gritty. And since they’re so big it just coats your entire mouth. Blegh! Also they made me incredibly nauseous. I guess since I have a more sensitive stomach now I just can’t tolerate them. I’m going to have to try something else. For the price that kinda sucks….definitely try at your own risk, and don’t be afraid to look around at a few different options, even if it means having to take a few different supplements in a day. If the taste is tolerable, it’s worth it.

I have tried multiple vitamins and since Optisource was discontinued, I am back with Bariatric Fusion. The addition of the strawberry flavor has me a loyal customer now since "taste" was the reason I had originally left the brand. However, this flavor doesn't linger in my mouth or make me want to skip taking my vitamins. It is a great tasting, high quality item.
