Q: What are the percentages of coffee to sugar to creamer?

That is not listed on the package. It just says that there is sugar and non-dairy creamer. I can tell you that the sweetness is right for me and I don't like drinks to be overly sweet.

Q: is there caffeine in it?

yes, but doesn't seem to be as much as with american coffee, I drink this iced - I use two packs to only three ounces of boiling water then add ice (this will make it a little stronger caffeine wise) but it is wonderful.

Q: This coffee contains hydrogenated palm kernel oil. Is it considered as Tran Fat?

Palm kernel oil is almost completely naturally saturated. The small amount of unsaturated oil in palm kernel oil is sometimes partially hydrogenated to stabilize it against oxidation (rancidity). A small portion of the hydrogenated oil may in fact be the trans- configuration, but this is a very tiny percentage of the entire amount of saturated fat. US labeling only must show trans fat content if it is greater than 0.5g per serving. The FDA considers trans fat content below that amount negligible.

Q: Anyone know how much caffeine in each packet?

Normal is around 30 to 90 milligrams. Average is 57, that's just 20 or 30 below regular. This though is a packet with creamer so would be lower per serving. I toss in a pack into my coffee when I don't have time to make shot of espresso.
