I'd never heard of Pamo Babe brand so I was very nervous but I'm very glad I chose this instead of the usual suspects. I might have chosen it for price and looks but it's an excellent product. Some reviews had mentioned a smell, but I personally didn't experience that. The color is grey mesh and all set up it's under 20 lbs and doesn't take up much floor space...maybe 6 to 8 sq ft. It's easy to assemble, true enough, but it's tougher to put back. I mean, it collapses easily to be stored away but getting it folded and put back in the carry bag was hard. But that's true with anything you unpack from a package; it's hard to put back the same way. I was expecting that. What my husband ended up doing was putting the collapsed playpen in the bag first, by itself. Then, he folded the mattress like an accordion and slid it in beside the playpen. Easy peasy, problem solved. The mattress is not soft, but that's the same as with other name brand playpens. It's not even what can be considered a mattress...more like a soft padding. Once again, I was expecting that. This is not my first rodeo, which is why I was already prepared with an actual pack and play mattress. It might make traveling a bit more cumbersome, but my prince is worth it. I just love the looks of this playpen. It's a very nice-looking design with its color and pattern and cute little bear imprint. It has convenient side-hanging pockets for diapers, a paci, or bibs...whatever is useful for you. I love the mesh walls so I can take a peek and see what he's up to. It also allows for air to circulate properly, since my grandbaby sweats easily. I love how it sits firmly and securely on the floor with no wobble. And of course, I love the convenience of being able to take it with you on the go. I've already used it at the park (family reunion). But this is mostly for use at our home when we're babysitting on the weekends. It's a big help! I can set the baby down in there, when I need to make a bottle or just go to the bathroom. He can even take a nap on his comfy mattress. 😴 I wanted something that I knew would safely confine the baby while I'm tied up for a few minutes and this playpen more than meets my expectations. I really love it and my prince seems to like it, too. He doesn't cry when he's in there so I take that as a sign of his approval. I can honestly recommend this product. Final thought: This playpen functions as it was intended. It keeps my baby safe and secure while I do unavoidable necessities.

We usually place a bassinet sheet over the mattress pad for easier cleaning and added comfort, and standard bassinet sheets fit perfectly. The bassinet sits at an ideal height on the floor, making it easy for us to reach over from our bed and soothe her during the night. It’s also extremely portable around the house, becoming a cozy nap spot whether we’re in the living room, bedroom, or visiting other relatives. Folding it up reminds me a bit of collapsing a camping chair: you just lift from the center, and it quickly folds down, sliding easily into the carry bag. Though it’s not extremely compact like some backpack-style travel cribs, it’s slim and lightweight enough for anyone to carry without trouble. The build quality is impressive—it’s never wobbly or unstable. Our blue-colored bassinet has a nice, clean, gender-neutral design that looks great in any setting. We've used it extensively, including day trips to Grandma’s house, overnight stays with family, and even outdoors at the park under a shady tree for a quick nap. Having a dedicated, safe sleeping area that’s familiar to our granddaughter gives us peace of mind wherever we travel. This portable crib is great and so much easier to set up, take down and pack away than the "more highly touted brand". Look, I LOVE having my three year old granddaughter spend the night at our place but in order for her to sleep safely and soundly, my son would leave us "the more highly touted brand". Setting it up and taking it down was slightly more difficult than going to war. My granddaughter stayed with us for two nights this past weekend and by the time the weekend was over, I sent the "more highly the same brand home with my granddaughter, so I bought this Pamo. First of all, right out of the box it feels sturdier. Secondly, once out of the box it took me literally, and I mean exactly this, 30 seconds to set up. Thirdly, unlike the "more highly recommended brand" it took me less than 2 minutes to pack back away. I'd say the hardest part of that was getting it back in the bag because I didn't bother with the Velcro straps. Next time I will. Honestly, did I mention I'm a Grandpa in his mid 70s? I don't want to fight with the crib in order to have my granddaughter spend time with us. Buy this portable crib! Picture 1: The box it was delivered in. 2): All set up. 3: Back in the bag. SO easy. It was worth the price, but I won’t lie—while I paid close attention to how to open and close the on-the-go playpen, it still took a little getting used to. Overall, though, it was great for travel. We stayed in a hotel and also spent a night at my sister’s house, and it was wonderful being able to give my daughter her own space, especially for sleeping. The locking feature worked well while it was set up, and she was also able to play in it comfortably with her toys. Since we were staying in a hotel, I really didn’t want my 8–9-month-old crawling on the floor, so this was a huge plus. I loved the color of the playpen, the quality is great, and I really appreciate how easy it was to bring on the plane. It doesn’t take up much space at all.

It's a little smaller than expected but for the price it's worth it. Easy to put up and just right for my grandson. Very sturdy...

Great portable crib/playpen. Easy to set up and close to fit in a very neat and compact carrying case. Padding might be a little too thin but it is safe for infants and comfortable with an additional thin pad. The color is neutral and easy on the eyes. Easy to store and a great value for what you pay. I highly recommend it for traveling or for when grandchildren come to visit

Iam surprised as how beautiful and well constructed is this portable bassinet. The design is super cute! Easy to open and close as well to carry around! I’m please for the aesthetic and money I spent. Cheap and useful!
