This baking pan makes make PERFECT hamburger buns. It is just the right size for full size hamburgers (not sliders). I measure out 90 grams of dough per bun, shape it into a puck shape, press sesame seeds into the top, and let it rise in the pan before baking. I do spray the pan with a cooking oil spray before each use and the cooked buns pop out of the pan easily. The pan is super easy to rinse and clean and works very well. NOTE: The buns in my photo were made with 80 grams of dough. 80 grams didn’t quite fill the cavity and was a little too small for me. I upped my next batch to 90 grams which I like better. I recommend this baking pan!

This hamburger bun mold is fantastic! It makes the most perfect buns. It is flimsy, but manageable. I researched a lot of molds on amazon and decided on this one. So glad I did. I greased each cavity with lard and all my buns popped out perfect. Highly recommend.

The item was good except I had a little trouble getting it out the mold and it was not sturdy. Cleaning was easy. Not sure about storing.

There’s not really a lot more to say? I got this for my dad, who, like a lot of other people, got into making bread in the last few years. He loves to makes loaves of bread, but my mom isn’t as into bread, so she prefers when he makes smaller loaves or buns. For his birthday we got him a set of two pans to play with, for sub sandwich rolls and small dinner or slider rolls, but he asked about hamburger buns and when one of his other presents didn’t work out, we returned it and I got him this hamburger bun pan instead, and I’m glad I did, because he’s ended up using it way more than the other two. (He’ll make a full pan of these and then use whatever dough he has left to make as many small slider/dinner rolls as he has dough for.) It’s easy to clean, non-stick (although I don’t know if he uses spray or anything?) and makes great, standard-sized hamburger buns.

This silicone roll pan worked marvelously. The rolls baked well and popped right out of the pan. Clean up was a breeze!!

This is not HAMBURGER bun size. I was expecting it to be the same or closer to SIZE of the 6 count pan I already purchased from a different company. The hamburger logo is exactly the same- so I thought I was buying the same size only a bigger count version. The pan is still a nice silicone and I will use it for rolls or small sandwiches buns.
