Magnesium Supplement Complex 310mg by Primal Harvest with Magnesium Glycinate, Citrate, Malate, and Zinc 120 Capsules

Have been taking these for a year. They have helped decrease my night time leg cramps and sciatica pain. They don’t make me sleepy necessarily but they do help me relax and have a deeper sleep.

This product has all the ingredients I read about. Magnesium Citrate, Malate, Glycinate and Zinc. Together, I read that this combination helps sleep and bowels. I have taken every sleep product in the world !! As a shift worker it is hard to sleep. THIS product allows me to sleep a solid 8 hours, and my bodily functions are better (Bonus!) It comes on time and is as described.

Great product. I continue to use it and have introduced my friend to use it too. She said it helps her having better sleep at night. I hope it helps me with bone health...

Very effective supplement.. no more cramps for me.

This is a great multi magnesium product. I like that it is well balanced. My entire family is benefiting from it. From my 20-year-old daughter to my 89-year-old stepfather, my 75-year-old mom I’m 55 and my 25-year-old son. We all take the same formulation and all get benefit from him. It’s the best magnesium I found and we have it on automatic delivery so that we don’t run out.

Works well helps me sleep too.
