This works beautifully for removing the adhesive from colostomy bags, saves my skin from getting ripped up with frequent changes. Sadly my insurance won't cover it so I buy it in bulk and it lasts quite a long time. Great product. I think the spray works better than the little packets of adhesive remover.

Nothing worse than a product labeled "no sting" and then it burns your skin to hell and back. This is often what happens with ostomy products. I can't seem to get the cut on the baseplate quite right. As a result, the ostomy bag leaks and I end up with raw skin and a rash around my stoma. I cry and scream for HOURS trying to clean the area and put on a new unit. This stuff was a game changer. It is the ONLY skin barrier product I have tried that doesn't hurt. I have tried more than I can count. If you're new to the ostomy club - I'm sorry, but welcome. Get this stuff RIGHT AWAY. If your skin is raw and bleeding, SPRAY (not the wipes) this stuff directly on the raw areas and AROUND your stoma (NEVER ON). Once it is completely dry, dab Benzoin Tincure over the raw areas. The barrier spray prevents the incredibly painful burn of Benzoin. I felt absolutely NOTHING the first time I used this product and I cried in relief! I'll NEVER use any other barrier product. It is the only sting-free one I've ever found. It's ridiculously expensive and goes quickly but is totally worth it to me. I can't take all that pain from raw skin burning.
