Ted Lapidus Pour Homme Sport Eau de Toilette Spray for Men, 3.33 Ounce

It has a similar scent profile to the now discontinued Fleur de Male from JPG. Soft musky floral that’s absolutely unisex. Great fragrance for a wonderful price.

I tend to migrate to fragrances that are light, subtle, and clean. This cologne is pretty much the opposite of that as it is heavy, strong, and artificial; however, with that being said, I don't hate it. I'm not sure I would classify the product as the description does...woody and aquatic are not adjectives that come to mind when smelling this fragrance. I would instead choose words like spicy and flowery. The scent is very artificial and I don't find it to resemble a clean soap smell. I also don't find it particularly "sporty." I work in a gym setting, so I look for fragrances that are much more casual clean and less contrived for a date night. This one is more of a formal scent, but I am still able to make it work. As I mentioned earlier, the scent packs a punch that is strong. However, I have very sensitive allergies and they aren't bothered by the strength of this smell. It's difficult to really convey the worth of a product such as a cologne, since smells are often very objective things to rank. I probably would not purchase this fragrance again, but I will still continue to enjoy it. It's a strong artificial smell, that I would find very appropriate for professional settings. I think it's worth a try to see if it's something you would enjoy wearing on your person.

Smells like the original but more floral and lighter. Not my preference.

Muy rica la aroma

This ends up being a fruit sweet-soapy-musk whiff scent, unmistakably masculine, But the "musk" side is very subdued and the sweet side dries up quite fast, leaving behind a clean, soapy generic smell. For those liking the soapy fragrances, this should last a good while, but for I am looking for a lot more fresh/blue/crisp notes in a "sport" fragrance, and that is not what this ends up being for me. It is not offensive, but it loses its character quite fast and stays on long as a generic scent.

What I received was not the "Ted Lapidus" original. Original is in a gray bottle, what I received was a clear bottle, something called "sport". I knew the moment I tried it, it was not the original, that I have used for the past 25 years!

Fresh fragrance, good longevity, good looking bottle

Another review said that this smells like modern Kouros, and I couldn't disagree more. Whereas Kouros is a pot pourri of animalic notes, sage and honey, this thing smells like a urinal cake and is sour to the extreme. Perhaps the reviewer found the similarities between Kouros and Lapidus Pour Homme? That said, it's successful on its own terms and is a must-buy for fans of Antaeus, Rapport and other eye-watering herbal powerhouses.

Agréable surprise que cette eau de toilette ... Je la trouve effectivement sportive avec ses notes verte fougère mais également chic et habillée car assez tenace par le coté boisé encens. Bonne tenue dans la journée - odeur virile présente. Bouteille de 100 ml originale reflétant bien ce que dégage cette eau de toilette, a un prix assez économique. Pour varier dans vos eaux de toilette.

Por desgracia la botella venía rota de la parte superior del plástico y no atomiza correctamente, sin embargo puedo decir que es una fragancia de primera, totalmente atípica y vintage. No es tan fuerte como sus hermanos de la línea Ted Lapidus Pour Homme, pero es un aroma muy interesante, nada que ver con las fragancias "Sport" de hoy en día (tiene un fuerte olor a geranio y romero, predomina sobre lo demás). Este perfume pudo haber salido hace décadas sin problemas, tiene un ADN vintage, nada comercial. Recomendado solo para machos alfa y gente dispuesta a oler distinto, los princesos absténganse. (Notas de Salida: romero, albahaca, bergamota. Notas de corazón: geranio, notas marinas, flor de azahar del naranjo, nuez moscada. Notas de fondo: incienso, cuero, pachulí, cedro)
