Several modes. The button is a bit funky, but it works. Seems powerful enough. Not sure how it helps with puffiness in the eyes. But there are several areas of the face that this could benefit.

Low Vibration
This item is, smooth, easy to handle, charges easily and quickly. The vibrations on the first 2 setting are soft vibrations only. As you advance the vibrations get more intense and rhythmic. So if you have a sensitive Yoni and find most vibrators too strong this might just be you. It is for us.
