Works wonderfully in my pile of junk old sand blasting cabinet. I will probably die from inhaling most of it but on my deathbed I will look back at all the parts I blasted as some of the fondest memories of my life.

Hardly toook off some surface rust

Purchased this product to prepare aluminum and steel items for Cerakote. This abrasive meets Cerakote's requirements and leaves the surface with a nice matte finish. The only I have is the relatively small amount for the cost. I would prefer to keep buying this, but have moved onto another product to keep expenses down.

I bought this to put in pincushions for sharpening. I had tried a finer grit (120), but it was a little too fine and left a "dust" when you pushed in pins, I even did it in a separate pouch so that there were 2 layers of fabric. So I went down a little to 100 grit. this size does perfect no residue dust on anything. I am still doing 2 layers but it works great and those needles and pins come out smooth and sharp! Granted this size is a bit much for your everyday use, but for me I make a lot of pin cushions and this is just a bonus!

The media seemed good, but it weighed in under 8lbs in the container, so I returned it.
