Great earplugs
Usually I wait for a while to try the product but these are very good!! I have a problem with high frequencies and loud noises hurt my ears!! I was using a pneumatic drill and the noise was quite loud!! The earplugs reduced the noise to minimum. Very happy with the purchase!!

Fairly good ear plugs.
I tried out the ear plugs at recent F1 race and the ear plugs blocked out about 70%0 of noise. Still not bad.

Excellent. Also handy neck loop .and clips . Nice sturdy carry case..

Missing earplugs
I ordered 2 pairs of the Alpine racing pro earplugs, specifically for use at the Austrian Grand Prix by myself and my son. I was annoyed to find that when we opened the boxes at the Grand Prix one box had no actual earplugs in it. The box contained all the accessory piece but no actual ear plugs. I contacted Alpine customer services directly but they didn't want to know and just referred me back to Amazon who I've asked for a refund. If your buying from Alpine for a specific event be sure to check them well before the event, not like me. In my opinion poor customer service from Alpine.

Use them at the GP in Texas. They worked well. The little connectors on the cord could be better.

Effective Earplugs ?
I found these plugs very disappointing and not worth the £21.99 price. The noise cancellation was almost non existant despite carefully following the instructions in terms of manipulating the ear whilst inserting them. In addition the small circular push-clips that are meant to secure the plug leads onto the neck strap is very weak and regularly came adrift with the slightest pull. I purchased these to use at military air shows and tested them out when using my garden petrol strimmer and found them very unsatisfactory. Will have to retiurn them.
