Home Exercise Equipment for Ab Workout and Core Conditioning

I have been working in eating healthy and loosing the extra weight I have. I was wanting something to tone up my stomach as I still have a little pouch from when I was pregnant 7 years ago. I have been looking at all kind of machines but I wanted something small enough to fold up and put in closet when not using. Also, I am a bigger girl and most smaller machines are rated for 200lbs and under. I was happy to see this was way above that. I was worried it would be cheaply made but by my suprize it is very sturdy. Took 5 minutes to put together and seems to be super easy to store. It did take me a bit to figure out how to use it, but after I figured it out its super easy. I absolutely love this machine. It glides very easily. I would highly recommend this for anyone who needs to tighten up their stomach or wanting another small piece of workout equipment.

Loving it second day and my abs are feeling it! I’m 160lbs and it feels sturdy to me. Love the extra arm workout bands. Easy to assemble.

Tried 3 month gym membership and really liked a machine similar to this (although much more expensive). After 3 months, decided to invest in my own equipment for home. Use it daily and can really feel burn. This machine does everything the gym machine did, same results. Great for entire family as well.

The machine was easy to put together. I got a piece of the equipment/guard that came out the box already cracked. I didn’t like that, & will be reaching out just for a brand new piece to be sent to me. Because before you know it that crack piece ends up sliding off. But I do not feel like the hassle of trying to disassemble this and send it back! Other than that It works and you can feel the burn! Very smalll machine and can be pulled out and stored right in the comfort of your bedroom!

It’s a good product and for me the handle do get loose after many uses so not as sturdy as I would have liked it to be

It took 7min to assemble. it is easy to use and intensity can be adjusted. I have no back pain after using this product, that is the best part for me. I have nerve damage to my lumbar that prevents me from doing traditional ab exercises. I'm excited to get back on track with my ab workout.

Love everything about this. First of the colors are amazing, doesnt hurt my back like floor sit ups. Tracks time, count and calories. Easy assembly.

I assembled the ab machine and started to use it. I looked down and the wires came out of the unit so the counter does not work.
